Our Facilities
Established on an area of 29,252 m², the plant has an indoor area of 2,100 m². Our barite grinding and packaging operations perform with the primary equipment composed of the grinding system of the mills, the packaging system, and the auxiliary machinery. In our grinding system, there are two vertical mills, one Trapezium Grinding Mill and the other Rotary Grinding Mill and they are operated actively with a capacity of totally 24 tph.
Muş Raw Material Enrichment In our system, concentrated barite production takes place in two ways:
1) Crushing + Screening + Washing Drum / Trommel System
2) Jig Unit
The crude barite mineral delivered to the storage site of the plant is converted into concentrated barite with a size of 4,20 SG and 0-20 mm by reducing the size by increasing the density and the purity by removing impurities and mud from the contents by the above mentioned system.
Al Mining new Barite Grinding and Packing Plant has an annual grinding capacity of 150,000 tons.
Packaging Units
In the automatic packaging units, the packaging types are 1,000-1,200-1,500 kg big-bags, 25-40 kg kraft bags, as well as in bulk filling the silo buses.
